Your realtor© also has access to new listings long before the general public, therefore, if you try to go it alone, you will most likely get frustrated, because the good properties sell fast.
The first time you consult with your realtor© she/he will ask you about your preferences regarding the property, preferred areas, as well as your financial limits. All this information will be held in strict confidence. Your realtor© now uses this information to begin the search for suitable properties and schedules showings for you. This process can take quite a bit of time, so the more information you provide the easier it will be to find you a suitable property.
